This is the 8th year for the Diversity Conference & Awards, sponsored by the Evansville-Area Human Resources Association, and the Metropolitan Evansville-Area Chamber of Commerce. This program has twice received national recognition when it was included in the Showcase of Leadership Excellence at SHRM's (Society for Human Resource Management) annual Leadership Conference in Alexandria, VA.  The program was honored in the Diversity category and was one of only four SHRM chapters worldwide to be be recognized in this category. As always, a panel of independent judges will evaluate the nominated companies based on employee size.

Our Purpose:
The purpose of the program is to honor and recognize companies within the Tri-State area that are leaders in developing a workplace that embraces diversity and family friendly practices and to share and promote best practices within our community.
