 Dr.
Nancy Kovanic joined
Isaac Paul & Associates
located in Evansville,
Indiana in the fall
of 2004. Having over
twenty years of business & faculty
experience, Nancy is
a principal consultant
with companies on organizational
development initiatives
and training projects.
In addition, Nancy
is a keynote speaker
and trainer on leadership
and professional ethics.
Most recently, Dr.
Kovanic published a
book, Lies and Truths:
Leadership Ethics in
the 21st Century.
Prior to joining
Isaac Paul & Associates,
Dr. Kovanic worked
for eight years at
the University of
Southern Indiana (USI).
As a lead consultant
for the Extended Services
Group of USI, Nancy
provided organizational
development and training
to the Southwestern
Indiana companies
in the Tri-state.
During her years at
USI, Nancy also taught
both graduate and
undergraduate management
courses. She is currently
adjunct faculty in
the College of Business
at USI.
Nancy’s strength
in consulting comes
from combining a practical
business approach
based on her unique
employment experiences
at General Electric,
Hyster Company, and
Credit Union 1 and
her university experiences
at Indiana State University,
USI and the University
of Evansville. Her
eclectic mix of expertise
in business and academics
provides a successful
and unique approach
to consulting and
training.
Nancy lives in Evansville,
Indiana with her husband
Mark, and son Tom,
who is a junior at
Reitz High School.
