Inc. Ms Brown is the
author of the book, "Diagnosis
Diversity: How to
Maximize Diversity
in Health Care
Settings."
Tracy
is the author or
coauthor of five additional
books, including "Breaking
the Barrier of Bias:
The Subtle Influence
of Bias and What
to Do About It." She
also has produced several
audio learning programs
and ebooks, including "motiVersity:
Motivating While
Valuing Diversity."
As an author and
consultant Tracy
has made appearances
on many local radio
and television programs.
She’s
also been interviewed
or featured in Money
Magazine, BLR Reports,
HR Insights, Texas
Business Monthly, HR
Magazine, Heart and Soul
Magazine and other publications.
Tracy has presented
workshops or keynote
speeches for associations
including Society for
Human Resource Management

Community service
is a core value
for Tracy. She has
served as a volunteer
leader for more than
a dozen community-based
organizations involved
in health care, the
performing arts and
improving life for
previously homeless
or disadvantaged individuals.
She is also one of
the creators of the
Dallas Dinner Table
process, which brings
people together in
small groups to increase
understanding about
the impact of race
and racism in the daily
lives of local
citizens.
A few

Black Dance Theatre,
Dallas Women’s
Foundation, Sickle
Cell Anemia Foundation
of Dallas, Dallas
Shakespeare Festival,

She recently completed
four years of service
on the national Board
of Directors for
The National Association
of African Americans
in Human Resources.
But
Tracy is not all
work and community
service. Whatever city
her business might
take her to you can
often find her relaxing
at a rollerskating
rink, or in the audience
of a play or jazz
concert.
