Nominations
Nominations are judged according to employee size:
• 1 to 250 employees
• 251 to 500 employees
• 501 to 1250 employees
• 1251 or more employees.
The nominations are evaluated by five unbiased judges that live and work outside the target area. Company names are not published with the best practices to ensure confidentiality. Deadline for nominations is AUGUST 1st
SUBMIT A NOMINATION NOWCompanies that submit nominations will receive:
• A nomination certificate suitable for framing that can be displayed at your company
• Recognition as a nominated company at the awards ceremony
Category winners will receive:
• A plaque to display at your company
• Recognition at the awards ceremony and in the press
• Use of the Family Friendly or Diversity Award Winner logo in your company’s advertising to promote your company’s recruitment efforts
• Kudos from your boss for entering.
