She is a consultant, coach and speaker who helps companies create inclusive GenderSmart cultures for both men and women. Jane has 17 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing and over 15 years as president of her own successful company. Her academic background is in business, communication, and psychology, including an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
